Amy hurried into the room and whispered in my ear, “News has come from the palace that Prince Doyle is ill.”

Is my brother sick?

“Has the Doctor been to see him?”

Amy said anxiously, “No. Since you left the palace, the servants have treated Prince Doyle with more contempt. It is said that the prince often eats cold leftovers and is not well taken care of. Yesterday, the Prince fell ill with a fever, and the servants waited for hours before they went to see the Doctor. But when the doctor heard that the patient was Prince Doyle, they refused.
