I sighed relieved when she agreed to come back to me. I almost lost her today and it was all because of Jake fucking poking his nose where it doesn’t belong! I let her leave first and I ran toward the training grounds, I needed to blow off steam. When I got there, I started with the punching bag, hitting it hard.
I needed to do something about Jake, I can’t have him going around threatening the woman I love like that. He scared her and she was ready to leave me because of him. “Now I know how you learn to throw a punch like that.” That was my brother. I didn’t know what to say to him or how to justify what I did.
If he asked me about it again, I don’t know what I will say to him. “Look man, I was out of line, and I am sorry for what I did.” I wanted to see his reaction to that, but I didn’t have the courage to face him. So, I apologized while I was busy with the punching bag.
