114. Trying to hide

A week had passed since the banquet night, and this morning, Dave surprisingly allowed her to go out of the manor. He didn't say where she was allowed to go, so Kiara assumed she could go anywhere.

But Dave emphasized that he would send two Gammas with her and also Giselle to accompany her. Kiara was too happy to figure out where she should go. There are too many options, too many places in her head right now.

Giselle had suggested that they go downtown again. Which meant going back to that row of grand buildings and splendid crowds.

Kiara hesitated, "What are we going to do there?"
