I clenched my fist as I watched Edward and Charlene speak. They were utterly oblivious to my presence, as if I didn't exist. My frustration boiled over, and I groaned out loud, unable to contain my anger. I had no idea why they acted as if I wasn't there. For goodness sake, I was in charge of the dance festival.

What was Charlene doing with Edward? Did she not know he was the last person I wanted to see her with? And why did Charlene have that smug expression on her face?

"what the hell are those two discussing?" I seethed.

I frowned deeply, my mind racing with a million different thoughts. My jealousy and anger took over, and I could feel my blood boiling.

But as I took a deep breath and tried to calm myself down, I realized that I couldn't let my emotions get the best of me. I needed to figure out what was happening between Edward and Charlene and why it bothered me.

I was not supposed to be jealous of them. What the hell was this feeling? I thought.
