‘’what exactly are we doing here?’’ I frowned as I pretended to be reading through a newspaper as we sat in the hotel lobby where Edwards told me that Maria could be. Before the court summoning, I knew I had to find out if it was true. I had to know If Maria was alive or not.

‘’I already told you that it is the hotel where your supposed dead wife is,’’ Edward replied and scoffed. ‘’There is no point talking to you any longer because I have explained myself over and over again about what this place is. ‘’he sighed and returned to reading the newspaper in his hand.

‘’when will she be here?’’ I asked because I couldn’t wait to see her and what she had turned out to be.

Edward removed the paper from his face and glared at me. ‘’why the hell are you not patient enough to wait for her.’’

I also removed the paper from my face and glared at him. ‘’Because I don’t want you wasting my time. We have to do something about Charlene too; sitting here with you will not sort out anything.
