Chapter 22. Behave Like A Man!

Crystal's usually friendly and cheerful eyes stared at Jordan with anger. Crystal asked Jordan to explain why he didn't come home, leaving Clarabelle alone to take care of her father in the hospital. The conversation widened, on what the purpose Jordan married Clarabelle actually for. It was what Crystal wanted to hear from Jordan's mouth.

"Granny ..." Jordan held his grandmother's shoulders, watching with eyes trying to stay calm. Jordan loved Crystal very much and he didn't want his grandmother to be sad.

“Of course, as I said, I wanted to start a good life, having the right one beside me,” Jordan said with all his heart, so Crystal wouldn't think so much about him.

"But why haven't you come into the office and worked with James yet?" Crystal's gaze had not softened.

Jordan was silent. What did Crystal mean this time? Jordan had to be busy at the office. Meetings, checking this and that it made his head full and want to burst! More, if there were such troubled employees, ah ... it w
