Chapter 30. About The Bet

To prove himself, Jordan was getting more serious with work every day. In the morning he went to work, it was dark before he came home. Now and then Jordan came home late at night. But even when Jordan got home, he was mostly in the study until almost midnight.

Clarabelle tried to understand Jordan's preoccupation. He helped prepare anything Jordan needed at home. Clarabelle felt like missing so much for Jordan.
