CHAPTER THIRTY- SIX: BEAUTIFUL MORNING

The next morning, I woke up feeling better; I had not slept like this in weeks. I have been extra careful and monitored everything I did because I didn't want to be on the Internet, and I also didn't want Levi to gain access to me. Although he had not reached out to me since that day, I slammed the door in his face, which made me glad.

Roman told me a few weeks ago that he was out of the country for a work-related business, and my joy knew no bounds. No Levi meant there was no need to stress or live in fear. This way, I could go on as many dates as I wanted with Roman, spend so much time outdoors with my little princess, and go out for drinks and dance with my best friend.

I hoped that he would stay there forever, but I know that he can't. I turned to my side to look at Roman's sleepy face; he looked so peaceful and calm, like a baby. I can't even begin to thank him for bringing so much love and light into my life.
