Chapter 09 Inside the ward

Looking at the girl's anxious facial expression, Larry’s compassionate heart was moved.

After all, everyone has relatives. When they are sick and aggrieved, who would not like to have a loved one comfort them?

But for so many years, Larry also misses a motherly warmth.

Where exactly was his mother, where had she gone?

When other children were hurt or in pain, they were comforted by their mothers.

But where was his mother, where has she been all these years?

"How about we let them see each other for a brief moment?"

Larry looked at Nicky and whispered.

"No! Larry don't forget that you are now a prison corrections officer."

Nicky stood up and walked to the door and locked it.

 "We will be making a big mistake if we let them meet."

"I know."

Larry could do nothing but nod in agreement, Nicky with a very determined expression on her face.

He could only look at the anxious and melancholy girl on the bed.

The man's voice was still echoing inside the hallway.

Suddenly Nicky frowned and looked at Larry: "How did he know his sister was injured?"

"Could it be that the captain called him?"

Larry guessed.

"No way, it's not possible at all."

Nicky thought for a while, and looked at the girl: "Was it you?"

"I, I, too, was afraid."

The girl shivered. "Before the surgery, I asked  the doctor to make a phone call for me."

"Damn it!"

Nicky continued, "What did you do to get the doctor to make such a mistake?"

"I, I can't say."

The girl lowered her head sheepishly.

"If you don't tell me, I'll send you back to the prison and let those people inside your cell torture you to death."

Nicky said, intimidatingly.

"I, I said...."

The young girl hesitated, and just before she could explain, Nicky's phone suddenly rang.

Frowning a little, Nicky picked up the phone: "Dad, what's wrong? I'm at work."

"What? Sent to the hospital? What happened? Okay, I'll be right there."

Nicky's face went pale as she hung up the phone.

Her body trembled and her phone fell to the floor.

"What's wrong?"

Larry rushed over to help her, otherwise, she would have fallen to the ground.

"I, something happened at home, I have to go to the county immediately."

Nicky's gaze was a little hollow.

"Larry, you help me inform the captain so that she can send a replacement right away. I have to go."

"Ok, take my phone, didn't you just broke yours?!"

Larry shouted at the door.

"No need!"

Nicky's figure disappeared beyond the room with the voice.

Larry didn't know what was going on at Nicky's house.

But he saw her leave in such a hurry that he forgot to call Alex.

"You, do you still want to hear it?"

The girl suddenly asked.

"Hear what?"

"To hear how I got the doctor to make the call for me."

A hint of red flushed on the girl's miserable white face, which, combined with her innocent face, was charming.

"Oh, go ahead."

Larry looked a little daze.

"I... I promised them that I'll sleep with them after the surgery."

The woman gently bowed her head, "If you guys hadn't come, They would have been having now."

"Trade yourself for just a phone call?"

Larry was stunned once again, wondering why on earth such a promising young girl would do that.

Larry subconsciously looked at her, with her small white hands, tender white jade neck, and heavy chest that made Larry's heart pound.

"As... if... If you let me see my brother, I, I would rather offer myself to you."

Suddenly, the girl lifted the covers off her body and then took off her clothes.

Larry's eyes stared straight at her naked and sexy torso, somewhat unable to resist.
