Magnus' POV

"I'll take her," I said to Vanna's butler. I clenched my fists, trying to avoid starting a fight. I've been watching him closely, always following Vanna wherever she goes. I acknowledge that it's his job, but jealousy lingers inside me. I just don't show it.

"Here you go," he slowly handed me Vanna, who had fallen asleep due to intoxication. Before Alfred could turn away, I gave him a menacing look. He avoided my gaze, as if he could read what I meant.

"You may leave now."

"Yes, Sir."

As he turned away, I slowly made my way to our resthouse. There's only one room in the main lounge, while Ysay and Roxane's room is at the back. The rowtype rooms for guests are by the poolside.

Once inside, I gently laid her on the wide sofa bed. I closed the sliding glass door and drew the white cream satin curtains.

I quietly observed her peaceful form. I was tempted this time, but I resisted the urge, as I wasn't in a hurry. I'll wait for her to decide
