Sebastian stared gleefully at his screen, she did it! Just as he expected of her. The manual on how to use the Dragon Marrow was written in old Chinese characters but translating it wouldn't be a problem.

And the X-109 Radar blueprint that Jordan had spent ten years creating fell into his hands as a bonus.

The problem was getting the Dragon Marrow from the Council. The spy he sent to scout them relayed a message that the leader of the Council was back in post and things were tense during the meeting with his members.
