Chapter Thirty Six

When it was her turn to give evidence she had been told to say she had not realised what she had videoed as she had not checked the footage until she got home to England. When she had realised what it was she had gone straight to the British Police with the evidence. The Defence had demanded her identity saying she could be anybody and how did they know she was not lying? The Judge cut them off saying the court was more than satisfied by who she was and it had all the proof it needed that validated everything she said was the truth. It could all be proven beyond reasonable doubt and he gave the Defence the paperwork that proved she really was telling the truth. There was no more arguments they could produce, and Giovanni was enraged when they said it was over they could not win against such overwhelming evidence. Alcina wasn’t even at the Court, she gave her evidence behind a screen seen only by the Judge.

Don Giovanni screamed at his soldiers,
