Chapter 68

Emma followed Liam to his house instead of going to her own.

She was eager to see the awards that he was boasting about, and though she had, she would love to see the evidence of his accomplishments.

“Your house is still the same, it's always tidy,” Emma complimented as she walked into the sitting room and saw how spotless the place was.

“The cleaners did a good job but because you've commended their work, I will add to their pay,” Liam said, kindly.

Emma smiled and held his hand.

“They did a great job but you're neat as well,”

“Well, thank you,” Liam's lips curled into a smile and he took her upstairs.

As he led her into the room, Emma's eyes widened. There were so many awards hanging on the shelves — both personal and professional. It was everything that he had achieved during the span of his career.

Emma walked closer to the shelves and trailed her hand on the glass that protected the awards from getting broken or damaged.
