Chapter 67

Emma entered her car while her guards went to the other car. They had been keeping their distance from her because that's what she wanted. They normally hid themselves, and that's what they did when she went on her first picnic date with Liam.

“Hey,” Liam smiled as he got to her car's side.

“Hey,” Emma smiled. “We should go separately and meet there,”

“Why don't we get into a race— the first to get to the restaurant wins a prize,” Liam suggested with a playful grin.

“What's the prize?” Emma asked, eagerly.

“It's a secret,” Liam whispered and went to his car before she could say anything.

As they both got out of the company, they halted their cars on both sides of the road, they both looked at each other, waiting.

“At the count of three…” Liam said loudly from his car." One, two, three!"

Both of them started their car simultaneously and began driving. The restaurant wasn't far, so they didn't encounter a lot of cars that could get in their way.
