Carl's feelings have never remained the same since Elena left his side, he realized how much he wants to have her beside him, he wondered why it took him so much time to realize that he wants her, she was chosen by the moon goddess to be his Mate, that explains why he's obsessed with her. He regrets rejecting her as his mate.

"I will do whatever it takes to make her mine!" He growled. But, it's never going to be easy because she now belongs to Damien, messing with Damien will be the end of him and shadow falls pack, it was a very risky thing to do but for some reason he doesn't care about the dangers and all he cared about was having Elena beside him, he was going crazy as he paced around his room, he knew that he has to do something about her and his feelings towards her.

The moonlit ball will be held at Blood moon pack, he decided to use that opportunity to get Elena, he planned on taking her with him immediately the ball was over.

He can't seem to understand his sudden obsession over her, he doesn't want to have her and he won't let anyone else have her.

Damien was in his office working but he wasn't concentrating, he has started facing a new challenge since his blood lust awakened, he could no longer control his thirst and he was always craving blood, he goes crazy at the sight of blood, All thanks to Elena who made that possible, he's blood lust wasn't the only ability that was unlocked since he met her, he has also noticed that he has gotten his other abilities."No one must know about this!" He was trying to concentrate on what he was doing but couldn't because Elena was lingering in his thoughts and mind, he was thinking about her so much and he doesn't have any power over that, he just wanted to get her out of his head but it was harder than controlling his thirst, she has taken over his heart and he was already in love with her but he hates to admit it, he has never fallen in love with anyone and he won't let her........

He couldn't get Her beautiful face off his mind, he kept thinking of how it would feel to have her in his arms and claim her, she belongs to him but for some reasons he has become so possessive of her and wouldn't even let anyone come close to her, he always keeps his eyes on her and always wants to protect her as if she was some Treasure, she has aroused new feelings in him and it was driving him crazy, he has never felt that way towards any she-wolf.

The thought of Making love to her kept crossing his mind all the time, Everytime she walks out in a red dress with her hair down he loses control of himself and wouldn't stop staring at her. It was so tempting and it was so hard controlling himself and trying not to make love to her. He looked out through his window and saw her chatting happily with Alexa, her face was beaming with smiles and she was looking so beautiful. He was so lost that he didn't notice he had been smiling. Seeing her makes him so excited.

Elena wasn't different, her love for him kept growing with each day that passes, seeing him everyday aroused her, whenever she lays down to sleep, he makes her heart flutter and always sends butterflies into her stomach with his stare. She saw his handsome face and blue eyes which he always fixed on her. She couldn't stop imagining how it would feel being wrapped around his veiny arms. His scent was so powerful and beautiful that she could tell his whereabout. She became sad the moment she thought about Amelia, she wanted to have him all to herself, she knew that Amelia would like to come between them because she has feelings for him, the thought of that annoyed her so much.

The fact that she's so much into him marvels her a lot and it's something she can't just understand. She remembered his Doe eyes staring at her across the hall while she was with Alexa in the afternoon and it makes her heart flutter.

She just wants to be with him without having to think of anyone coming between them or anyone coming to cause troubles but that seems impossible because he's always busy dealing with Affairs of the pack.

Damien was working when his phone rang and he picked it up, it was his Beta calling....
