HADYEN MEET ANOTHER HADIZA

A week ago in Italy.
That evening Anny was going to throw away the trash. To her, she is no different from the trash herself, ever since she become of age everything about her was just like trash.As she was going to dispose the trash, a bottle drop from the trash bag, she pick it then throw it to the air angrily, She does that all the time when she is angry, but today all the trash scatter on the ground.She sigh frustratingly and start to pack them with anger. She can only get angry like that with the trash bag and herself, she dare not get angry with anyone else who she thinks makes her look like trash. After Anny finish disposing the trash properly, she turns to go back inside the house but she suddenly hit someone."Oh!" she let out with fear.She has been walking - thinking without putting her head up until she hit the person. "Who are you if I may ask?" She question him again and look at him with so much anger. "Hadiza, it's me Hayden, don't you remember me?" Hayden said getting closer to Anny.But Anny move backward with fear."Don't move any closer, i don't know any Hayden" Anny warmed Hayden stepping back from him. "And am not Hadiza but Hadaza" she said staring at Hayden strangely. But she suddenly look surprised. "How did you even know that name?" Anny ask surprise that Hayden will know that her other name is Hadaza."It's only my mom that calls me Hadaza and no one else" Anny become scared thinking Hayden might be some bad guy."Okay, am sorry if i scare you but Hadiza, don't you remember me Hayden in Paris" Hayden said again touching his chest as if his life depend on it. Anny was more scared now but she did not want to show it."I already told you am not Hadiza but Hadaza and i don't know any Hayden, i have never been to paris. Also, i have never travel all my life, so i don't know what you are talking about" Anny told him frankly stepping backward."If you don't leave right now am going to call the cops" she said that to scare Hayden but Hayden keep looking at her surprise that she is denying him. "Alright i get it, you don't have to call the cops i will leave" Hayden glanced at Anny once again and want to move closer to her to see if he was actually mistaken but Anny moved back. "I will not mistake Hadiza for anyone" Hayden said with disbelief and look disappointed. He sigh since Anny said she is not Hadiza then later went to his car that was parked nearby and drove off."Oh! that was so scary" Anny sigh deeply after Hadyen left."His he a kidnapper or what?" Anny thinks and run quickly inside their house which is nearby.***The next day, Anny rush to go for an interview, last night she was unable to sleep well because of the stranger she met, which makes her wake up late. "I don't know why bad things keep happening to me" she hissed while rushing to get dressed."First, Donald break up with me and now some stranger wants to cause me to miss my interview" she sigh and continue to dress up. "I must not get late for this interview again, else, I don't know how am going to survive this time" she takes her bag and rush out. Luckily, she gets to the company a minute before the interview start. She was breathing heavily because she run so that she will not be late. But before she could settle down her name was called. "Anny Browns please come in for your interview" the secretary tells her. Anny quickly rush inside and bow down to greet everyone, but as she lift up her head to look at the interviewers she saw Hayden, the stranger she met yesterday. She looked shocked and scared at the same time.Her eyes meet with that of Hayden's who equally look surprise to see her at the interview. "Oh! Am not going to get this job again" she thinks and smile bitterly."You can have your seat" one the interviewers said to her as she looked at Hayden and sit down slowly. Hayden did not expect to see Anny again after yesterday's night, he only came to Italy to discuss business with his friend who runs the company and his friend ask him to attend the interview. How will he know that he will meet Anny there."Maybe this is fate" Hayden thinks staring at Anny without taking his eyes off her.Anny was ask to introduce herself and other questions were asked which she answer with fear because Hayden keep staring at her. After Anny answer those questions, the director which is Hayden's friend turn to face Hayden."Hayden, do you have any question for Miss Anny?" Hayden's friend ask him.Anny look worried hearing the director asking Hayden to ask her questions, she looked at Hayden with fear written all over her face. "No, i don't have any question to ask" Hayden replied still staring at Anny. He could not believe Anny denying not to be Hadiza.Anny was relief that he did not question her but Hayden said something to the director quietly."Miss Anny, you can go out now we will get back to you later" the director said looking at Anny in the face.As Anny stand up to go but the director stop her."Miss Anny, can you please wait till the interview is over" Anny look startled. She look at the director and to Hayden."O..oh yes" she stutters and sigh heavily after leaving the room. "Why did they want me to wait? Why?" She tap her feet on the floor frustratingly "Is it because of what I said to that guy yesterday?" Anny shake her head regretfully."Why should I even wait?" she thinks of leaving the place and forgetting about the job. "I know that am not going to get the job so why should i listen to them?" she keep questioning herself."Miss Anny" the secretary calls her interrupting her thoughts. "Yes" she quickly answer with fret. "The boss ask me to take you to his office, please follow me" the secretary bow and leads the way. "What! Anny almost let out. "The boss's office! Why?" Anny is more scared now, but she follow the secretary like a lost rabbit. They enter into the office and she was amazed."Wow! She let out quietly admiring the office. "This is so beautiful" she said out loud as she seems to have forgotten that someone is with her.Her eyes sparkles because of how beautiful the office is, she look around lost in her admiration but the secretary call her."Miss Anny, please have your seat" Anny jolt and quickly sit down gently like an innocent being."What will you like to drink?" The secretary asked politely.Anny did not expect the secretary to offer her anything so she repeat the word "Drink?" "Yes drink" the secretary smiles with Anny's surprised face. Anny stare at the secretary in daze since she don't know what drink to ask for."Tea or coffee?" the secretary said because she seems to know why she is in daze. "Coffee" Anny nods her head smiling sheepishly at her foolishness as she replies."Americano or.." the secretary was about to ask again but Anny quickly interrupt her."Black coffee".Anny ask for black coffee because she heard about black cofee before, she has never taste anything coffee in her life, but because she don't want to lose more face she ask for black coffee. "Okay" the secretary reply and leave.Few minutes later the secretary brought the coffee."Miss Anny, your coffee" the secretary place the coffee before her and leave."Thank you" Anny mutters.She extend the cup to her mouth and sip the coffee, the moment she taste it, her face turns ugly."So bitter" she wanted to spit it out but she swallow it instead squeezing her face because of the bitterness in her mouth."I should have ask for tea instead" she put the cup down regretting not asking for tea.Hayden then comes in. Anny quickly stand up alert when she sees Hayden, she thought it will be the boss who interviewed her but seeing Hayden instead, she gets afraid."What was i even thinking? I should have known it was him who wanted to see me" she sigh looking at Hayden's face.What Anny did not know is that, Hayden is the real boss of the company, but since he stays in Paris he ask his college friend to run the company in his stead.The company is a small company so no one knows the real boss, the people only knows the director which is Hayden's friend as the boss."Hi" Hayden greets Anny cheerfully."Hi" she replies reluctantly. "I really don't know what to say, but am really sorry about yesterday" Hayden said and stare at Anny closely. "I will never mistake Hadiza for anyone" Hayden thinks and keep staring at Anny lost in thought."But why is her name Anny and not Hadiza? Did she try to hide from us? Or did they just look alike" Hayden thinks and keep staring at Anny. "That is not possible, they look exactly like each other. No! This is Hadiza, i cannot be mistaken" Hayden sigh looking at Anny's face without saying a word to her. "Huh huh!" Anny clear her throat when she realize that Hayden just keep staring at her without saying anything. Hayden seems to have been brought back by that sound. "Sorry about that" he smile awkwardly."Can we talk over lunch since is almost time for lunch?" Hayden look to Anny's face for answer."Alright" Anny reply arrogantly.She wants to know why Hayden keeps calling her Hadiza and she also wants to clear any misunderstanding he might have about her, so she decides to accept eating lunch with him."Thank you" Hayden looks happy that Anny agree to eat lunch with him.He stares at Anny for sometime before he leads the way, Anny follows him like she was tailing him.
