“ Fuck, no no no. Don't die on me,” I said, placing my hand on my hips and then on my forehead as I went into full panic mode.

“ Ummm,” he groaned in pain again as a pool of blood formed beneath his body.

Crouching down to his level I checked on his still opened wound. The cut on the side of his stomach was deep but oddly he wasn't healing like he should have.

“ Why aren't you healing?” I mumbled to myself.

“ Wolfsbane,” he whispered. He started shifting into his human form.

“ We need to get out of here,” I said, looking at his wounds and then at him. He shook his head.

“ No, ummmmm, they are still outside,” he said.

“ What about your men?” I asked.

“ Then how should I help you to heal? Tell me,” I asked. My heart squeezed to see him like that. After all he went through this only to save me.

“ No no no. Hey. Don't sleep,” I said, as I slapped his cheek gently. But it wasn't to no avail he passed out.
