Autumn's POV

Days passed, and Hannah finally got admission into a prestigious university. She was overjoyed, and I couldn’t be prouder of her. Meanwhile, our farming business had gained recognition, bringing in a significant income to the kingdom. It felt fulfilling to see our hard work bearing fruit.

As for Zane and me… our nights were filled with passion. He never seemed to tire of me, always finding new ways to pull me into his world. His touch, his presence—it was overwhelming, yet I found myself craving it more each day.

Despite his usual stoic demeanor, there were moments when I saw something softer in his eyes—a quiet protectiveness that he never voiced but always showed through his actions. And in those moments, I let myself believe that maybe, just maybe, I had become more to him than just a passing desire.

William tried to take me back, insisting that I return with him. But Zane didn’t even allow him to meet me. His protectiveness was unwavering, his stance firm.

Zane shifted back into his human form, his intense gaze scanning me for any injuries. His hands moved gently over my arms and shoulders, his touch surprisingly tender despite the blood still staining his fingers. “Are you hurt?” he asked, his voice rough yet laced with concern. I shook my head, still too shaken to speak. The warriors arrived moments later, their eyes widening at the sight of the rogue bodies scattered across the ground. One of them stepped forward. “My King, we will take them to the infirmary—” “Not her,” Zane cut in sharply, his tone leaving no room for argument. His hand tightened protectively around my wrist. “She stays with me.” The warriors hesitated but ultimately nodded, obeying without question. Mia and Clara were carefully led away, but Zane didn’t let go of me. His grip was firm yet reassuring, his expression unreadable as he looked down Zane carried me to his chamber in his arms, his grip firm yet gentle. My heart pounded against my ribs, still sh

Autumn POV I straddled him slowly, feeling his warmth beneath me as his hands settled on my hips, guiding me with a firm yet gentle touch. My breath hitched as I began to move, our rhythm building naturally, like we were made for this moment. His fingers trailed along my back, pressing into my skin, leaving a trail of heat behind. He sat up slightly, wrapping an arm around my waist while his lips brushed over my collarbone, sending shivers down my spine. I tangled my fingers in his hair, pulling him closer, our bodies pressed tightly as we moved in sync—faster, deeper, more desperate. The sound of my moans mixed with his deep groans filled the room, echoing off the walls. Every movement drew us closer to the edge, every touch igniting the fire between us. My nails dug into his shoulders as the pleasure crested—intense and consuming. We tumbled over that edge together, lost in each other. I slumped against his chest, breathless, my heartbeat racing. Autumn’s POV Clara handed me a drink with a playful grin. “Come on, Autumn. Just one won’t hurt.” I took a hesitant sip. It tasted… odd. Bitter and sweet at the same time. But I didn’t want to seem rude, so I smiled and drank it anyway. At first, I felt nothing. Then everything changed. The music felt louder, my limbs weaker. My vision blurred. I tried to speak, to find Clara, but my body wouldn’t cooperate. Then… darkness. Someone dragged me. I couldn’t fight it. I couldn’t even lift my hand. The next thing I remember—I was waking up in an unfamiliar room, my body cold and bare. I felt … dizzy… confused. I turned my head—and my breath caught in my throat. Jade. Jade, the kingdom’s warrior. Loyal. Fierce. Someone I trusted. He was lying next to me. Naked. My heart dropped. Fear took over. What happened? Why couldn’t I remember? Before I could gather my thoughts, the door slammed open. Zane. He stood there, fury radiating off him like a storm. His

Autumn– 5 Years Later "Mommy!" Valen's tiny voice echoed from the bathroom. "I'm coming, baby!" I called back, rushing to him. Mornings were always a whirlwind. I quickly helped Valen get ready, then rushed to prepare myself for work. We managed to squeeze in a quick breakfast together—just the two of us, like always. My little man is in school now. Life wasn’t easy after Zane abandoned me. Just two weeks later, I found out I was pregnant. I struggled—desperately—for water, for shelter, for survival. But I didn’t give up. Thanks to my knowledge in soil science, I eventually secured a position at the National Soil Testing Lab. Now, I’m not just working—I’m researching, inventing new farming techniques. I’ve developed methods to grow crops with minimal water and fertilizer while still producing a good yield. Now, I understand why my mother and father always insisted on education. Without my qualifications, I wouldn’t be where I am today. A few days ago, I saw Zane in t

  • Lycan king and his Omega   meeting him again

Autumn Today, Marc asked me to accompany him to a business meeting at Hotel Regency. He wanted me to associate with him during the event, and I agreed. I’m not the same simple girl I was five years ago. Life has shaped me, and now I know exactly how to prepare for a high-profile gathering. I know how to walk into a room with confidence, speak with clarity, and carry myself with grace. Tonight, I’ll stand beside Marc—not as someone who’s tagging along, but as a strong, capable woman who earned her place. After dropping Valen off with the nanny, we arrived at the hotel. The place was buzzing with elegance and power. Marc, though not as famous as Zane, carried his own charm and influence. On the way in, he mentioned wanting to close a business deal with a very well-known tycoon. I didn’t press for details—between work, Valen, and everything else, I was too busy to ask. I simply adjusted my dress, held Marc’s hand, and walked into the spotlight beside his. Marc introduced me to a f

Flashback – Five Years Ago The rain hit the old wooden roof like a thousand tiny hammers. I sat alone in that cramped clinic room, my fingers trembling as I held the test result. Positive. I stared at the word for what felt like hours. A baby… Zane’s baby. Tears slipped down my cheeks—not out of joy, but fear. He had thrown me out, cast me away without listening, without even letting me speak. And now… I was carrying a part of him. I didn’t have money. I didn’t have a roof over my head. But I had life growing inside me. And I’d protect it, no matter what. I walked out of the clinic that day soaked in rain, arms wrapped around my belly, whispering softly to the tiny spark inside me: “I don’t know how we’ll survive, baby… but I promise, I’ll never leave you.” : The rain had stopped, but the cold never did. I spent the first night on a torn bench at the old bus stop, hugging my belly and fighting the hunger cramps that twisted inside me like knives. The small pie

Few months later... The winter nights were harsh. I wrapped myself in worn-out blankets, shivering, my belly swollen and heavy. One night, I felt the pain—sharp, relentless, and deep. It was time. There was no one to call. No one to hold my hand. I somehow stumbled out of my rented room, screaming through the pain. A kind old woman from the neighborhood saw me and rushed to help. She took me to a small public clinic. It wasn’t fancy. No high-tech machines or elite doctors. Just peeling walls, flickering lights, and the scent of disinfectant. I labored for hours—biting down on my own arm to stop myself from screaming too loud. There were no soothing words, no partner beside me whispering “You’re doing great.” Just a nurse telling me to push harder. Then… I heard it. A cry. My baby’s first cry. A flood of tears rolled down my cheeks as the nurse placed him in my arms, wrapped in a thin towel. My son. My Valen. The one light in my darkest tunnel. I looked at his tiny

Autumn’s POV I don’t know what came over me… but I needed to see him. Maybe to yell, maybe to demand answers, or maybe… to see that face again and remind myself why I have to stay away. Before leaving, I called Hanna. “Autumn, my flight got canceled due to the storm. I’ll be there tomorrow morning,” she said apologetically. “It’s okay,” I replied softly, then hesitated. “I need to tell you something.” “What is it?” “I’m getting married… to Marc. In a month.” There was silence on the other end. “Wow,” she finally breathed. “That’s… sudden.” “I know,” I whispered. “But I need to do this. For Valen. For peace.” “Alright,” she said gently. “When I reach tomorrow, we’ll start preparing everything together. You’re not alone in this.” A small smile tugged at my lips. “Thank you, Hanna.” After ending the call, I took a deep breath, grabbed my coat, and stepped out into his office I reached Zane’s office building with a tight knot in my chest. Zane’s POV "I need to warn Autumn…" The words slipped out of my mouth before I could stop them. But then I froze. No… She won’t believe me. Not after everything. Not after the way I treated her… after I rejected her… after I let her walk away thinking I hated her. If I go to her now, she’ll think I’m trying to break her marriage. That I’m just being possessive. She’ll push me away again. Damn it! I ran a hand through my hair, pacing across my office like a storm trapped in a box. I looked out the window, fists clenched, heart racing. She’s in danger. Valen is in danger. My son… Even if she doesn’t trust me, I can’t sit still. I won’t. If she won’t listen to me, I’ll protect her from the shadows. I’ll keep Marc in check, dig deeper into his secrets, and make sure not a damn thing touches her or Valen. I couldn’t stay away. Not from him. If Autumn wouldn’t let me near, I’d find another way. So I used my influence—something I rarely did for personal matters.

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Revelation

Zane’s POV Just as Marc walked out, all smug and confident about marrying my Autumn… Scott arrived. His expression was grim, his eyes sharp with tension. “What did you find?” I asked, standing up immediately. Scott didn’t waste time. “Clara. Autumn’s old friend—the one who worked at the palace… She spiked both Autumn’s and Jade’s drinks that night at the party.” My breath hitched. “And your drink too,” he added. “Same night. Different motive.” I clenched my fists. My jaw tightened. “Why would Clara do that?” I growled. “She was paid… handsomely. Enough to leave the city right after. I’m still tracking who gave her the money, but it was a planned setup, Zane. Autumn and Jade were drugged. So were you.” My heart thundered. Every breath felt like fire. “All this time… I thought she betrayed me,” I whispered. Scott nodded solemnly. “She didn’t, Zane. She was a victim too.” My legs almost gave out. Guilt crushed me like a wave. I had banished her. Hated her. Bui

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Furious

Autumn’s lips trembled as she held Marc’s gaze. Her fingers clenched around the edge of the coffee mug, and for a long moment, she didn’t speak. Then, softly—honestly—she whispered, “Marc… I don’t know how to answer that.” Tears welled in her eyes. “A part of me is still healing… I’ve buried so much. The betrayal, the pain, the memories. I can’t deny that you’ve always been there for me—you never asked for anything in return. You’ve been Valen’s father in every way that mattered.” She finally looked up at him, her voice steadier now. “I’m not asking for a fairy tale, Marc. I’m asking for safety—for a future where Valen doesn’t have to be pulled into Zane’s chaos. I know this sounds unfair. But I need this… I need you.” Marc reached across the table and gently took her hand. “Autumn,” he said, voice warm but serious, “I’ll do whatever it takes to protect you both. But I want you to know… if we take this step, I’ll be in it with my whole heart. Even if yours isn’t ready yet.”

  • Lycan king and his Omega   Descision

Autumn’s POV I don’t know why I feel this way. Even after all these years… even after he rejected me, banished me from his life without listening to a single word—I still can’t stop myself. Whenever I see Zane, it’s like the world slows down. My heart clenches, my breath hitches, and I find myself staring… unable to look away. It’s pathetic, isn’t it? I should hate him. I should have erased him from my memories the way he erased me from his world. But I couldn’t. He’s still there—in my thoughts, in my dreams, in the quiet moments when I wish things had gone differently. I told myself I moved on. I built a life, raised my son, protected him from the past. But one look from Zane, and my carefully constructed walls tremble. He still has that effect on me. And I hate that I love him for it. “I need to end this…” I whispered to myself, holding back the tears that had been threatening all evening. My fingers trembled as I dialed Marc’s number. It rang only once before

But the truth is… I wasn’t okay that night.Flashback – Five Years AgoThat night, after the dinner, everything seemed off. A sudden dizziness hit me. My vision blurred, my body refusing to cooperate. I stumbled into my room, and collapsed on the bed. Zane came closer. Too close. My breath caught as his tall frame towered over me, trapping me between his body and the cold wall behind. “I can smell your arousal, Autumn…” His voice was low, dangerous… almost a growl. My heart thudded violently. I pressed my palms flat against the wall, trying to put distance between us, but there was none. He was right there. His chest brushed against mine, the thin fabric of my nightdress doing nothing to hide the way my body betrayed me. “Zane,” I whispered, trying to sound firm. “Don’t.” But he leaned closer, his lips brushing the shell of my ear. “You smell good, Autumn… just like before,” he murmured. “I missed you so much.” His breath on my skin sent a shiver down my spine. My knees weakened, but I held myself together—barely. “I’m not yours anymore,” I said, voice trembling but defiant. “I belong to someone else.” His eyes met mine, fierce and wild. “No,” he growled softly. “You may have given your heart

"He’s drunk..." I muttered under my breath. The scent of alcohol was sharp in the air, mixed with his cologne that used to make my knees weak once. “Don’t you think,” I said firmly, “this is the time you should be with your fiancée, Zane? Not standing at my door like a madman at one in the morning?” He leaned casually against the wall, hands tucked into his pockets, a dark chuckle slipping from his lips. “Then why are you here, Autumn?” he asked, eyes glinting with something unreadable. “Shouldn’t you be with your fiancé?” That question stung. I opened my mouth, then closed it again. Because for a moment… I had no answer. He stepped closer, his voice lower now, raw. “You and I both know you don’t love him, Autumn. You never did. You’re just trying to forget me. Erase me.” “You think you’re so important?” I snapped, trying to sound stronger than I felt. “Yes, I’m with Marc. Because he respects me. Because he stayed when everything around me fell apart.” Zane’s jaw clenched.

Autumn’s POV Just a few minutes after Zane walked out, Marc stepped into the kitchen, his eyes wide with excitement. “Autumn!” he said, almost breathless. “Mr. Blackhowl just accepted our proposal. He signed the preliminary agreement!” I blinked, still trying to steady myself from the encounter moments before. “Really?” Marc grinned, nodding. “Yes! This project is going to be big. If it goes well, I’ll finally be recognized not just as a small businessman—but someone who can actually stand beside the big names in the industry.” He looked at me, a proud smile tugging at his lips. “And it’s all because of you.” I forced a smile, swallowing down the storm inside me. “You worked hard, Marc. You deserve it.” He stepped closer and held my hands. “We both worked hard. And I promise, Autumn… I’ll make sure your dreams are safe with me. Yours and Valen’s.” I looked at him—and for a moment, I tried to forget Zane Valerian Blackhowl ever existed. Because right now, Marc was g
