Chapter 3 My First Day at School

Two days later, after the weekend...

I was getting ready for my first day of school, and I decided to wear my favorite top and my faded jeans, I could never dress like this at my boarding school, because of the bullies, and this top showed a little cleavage, I even put on some makeup but not too much, just some mascara, my lashes were already long, this just made them thicker, and enhanced my sky-blue eyes. I added some Kiss-Me-Pink tinted lip gloss, and I was ready. I walked outside with my backpack and I saw Blaze standing by his car, a Red Ferrari 488 GTB, he smiled at me, which made me worry he had been so mean to me a few nights before. "Dad said to bring you to school with me, Come on or we'll both be late."  he opened the door for me and I slid in, this car was amazing, I smiled.

As we pulled up to the school I saw several girls smiling at him, trying way too hard to get his attention, he just ignored them as he reached for my door, and when they saw me get out of his car they were all in shock. Blaze had never brought any girl to school with him before. Janet glared at me with hate in her eyes. If looks could kill, I'd be already dead, then I remembered Mrs Mandy's list 'Do not get anyone mad at you, they all have Venum!'

Blaze walked with me to the principal's office, so I could check in, Blaze followed me, and when we got there he announced to him the Alpha King's orders, "Dad said she is to have all of her classes with one of us, so we could watch over her. She doesn't have her wolf yet and even if she did, it would not have venom." He turned to me not even waiting for a reply from the principal, "I will meet you in class," and he walked away. I watched him walk down the hall with his phone to his ear, the triplets were the only ones allowed to have their phones in school, because of their status in the pack, and I'm sure he was talking to his brothers. "Well, here is your class schedules, and your locker assignment, we will order your gym clothes for you. Until then you're free to sit out on your gym classes. You are allowed your phone on campus but try not to use it during class. Do you have any questions?" he smiled. "Welcome to our school Syla, we are honored to have you here."

I was shocked, my old school never treated me this way. "I'm good." I didn't know what else to say. "Mrs. Halton will show you to your class, when we got there Blaze stood up, "This is Syla she will be under contract with my father as his Caregiver, She is to be treated the same as you treat me and my brothers." I was so happy that he stood up for me. Now I know I won't be bullied here. I smiled at him but he just ignored me, for the rest of my class, the same happened with each of them, but before gym class, some girls came up to me, "So you are the trash, my friend Ashley, told me about," then Janet spit on me. It stung my face, I forgot they had Venum, even in their spit.

"Don't think for one second that you have any chance with Blaze, he is mine! Do you understand me?" she walked away with her entourage. I ran into the janitor's closet and I took out my wipes from my purse, nothing had changed. I thought as I wiped the spit from my face. I also wiped off my makeup and let down my hair. I was back to being my old self again.  The principal found me in the closet and took me to the nurse's station, then he called someone.

I could hear him talking to them "Someone targeted her and we found her in the janitor's closet with a venum burn to her face, she won't tell us who did it but I already suspect...plus her old school said that she was a trouble maker, I don't know what to think." I could not hear the rest.. then I heard yelling from the phone, "If you can't handle school bullies, I WILL!" he tried to explain, but whoever he was talking to hung up.

He mumbled, "How am I supposed to provide protection for those without venum? and she probably started the whole thing." These students should know better than to mess with the Alpha triplets and their soon-to-be Luna, this is not good.

My next class was with Rain, he saw the sudden change in me and closed his eyes, I watched his eyelids flutter, and then he got up and walked out of class slamming the door behind him. Everyone turned to look at me, I tried to sink as low as I could in my desk but they still stared, one girl whispered, "Do you think he'll kill her?" she asked her friend, "He won't but Blaze might." I thought they were talking about me. I became even more scared of the brothers.

By the time school ended I was forced to walk back out to Blaze's car, where I saw him waiting. I held my head down, but he did not open the door. Instead, he stood in the way with his hand folded across his chest, "What happened to you, you look different." so Rain didn't tell him. He didn't know. 

"I-I just don't feel so good." he opened the door for me, watching me carefully. Something about him had changed. He seemed a little concerned about me now, but I had been tricked before and then bullied and laughed at, about it later, I wasn't going to fall for that again. I kept quiet the rest of the ride home. I didn't even wait for him to open my door. I got out and ran straight to my room. I just wanted to sleep, it was my way of escaping it all.  

I dreamed of Blaze, and his sexy smile, he was busy training men, how to fight, and he wore only his low-riding sweatpants. He was built like a sex god, his muscles bulging as the sweat made them glisten in the evening light, I moaned and softly called out his name, in my sleep. Little did I know he was there on my balcony watching me, and he had heard what I whispered. A gentle breeze blew in and it woke me, I could have sworn that I had closed the doors before I went to sleep. I got up and closed them and that's when I caught a whiff of his scent, I knew he had been there.
