The drive back home was pleasant to say the least. I watched the familiar scenery zip past the car, my mind nowhere in particular, a wistful sigh escaping my lips. Back then, I was so eager to leave. No one prepares you for how much you're going to miss your home town. I definitely appreciate it a lot more now.

"You alright?" Dante asked and I turned to look at him, nodding my head. Felix was in the backseat, nodding his head as he listened to music through his headphones, completely lost in his own world.

"Yes, I am." I said, stretching my body. "I can't wait to see them. I've missed them so much. What about you?" I asked and he shrugged.

"Nervous. To be honest." He answered,his eyes fixed on the road. I glanced at him, seeing the signs and my heart broke a little for him. He was gripping the steering wheel a little too tight, his knuckles already white. There was also a subtle tension radiating off him that I didn't see before.

He must be worried about what he wants to tell
