It exploded, I couldn't avoid it.

"I'm sorry. I used the wrong place to grill the meat, so it exploded," I said in a low voice. Everyone was staring at me, especially women I didn't know, and I immediately checked my body.

"The explosion sounded quite loud. Are you sure you're okay?" said the woman again. She glanced at my oven; it was already burnt. The black trace of the explosion also hit the wall, but it wasn't bad.

They don't know that I have wolf energy, which is a reflex to protect me in certain situations. So, the warm feeling from this explosion won't have a severe effect on me.

My eyes shifted to meet Mattia's gaze, and suddenly, I remembered how Mattia's head was beneath me. It made me shake my head, trying to get those dirty thoughts out of my head.

"Hey, I asked you. Are you sure you're okay?" asked this woman again. This time, she tried to look at my eyelids and my earlobes. I'm not injured at all, but my face is really messed up right now.
