Kit’s POV It now was a full day since Damian had gone missing. A full twenty-four hours since I had last seen his beautiful little smiling face, and it felt like someone had ripped my heart from my chest. But blood began to gush from the wound, telling me that it had hit its mark, and as I listened to the sound of his heart beating, I could hear it begin to slow. His hands moved to the handle of the knife, instantly being coated in his blood flowing freely from the wound, and he did something I never thought he would do.
