Clary allowed Ace to hold her hand. The moment their skin touched each other, it was like electricity. She felt her heart flutter as butterflies danced in her stomach. She could not help but smile. “Are you okay?” She asked him. Ace adjusted himself and sat on the bed as he kept holding Clary’s hand. He blinked a couple of times to make sure that he was not dreaming. He could not believe that she was back. “Yeah, yeah. Especially now that you’re here with me,” He said in a breathy way as he maintained eye contact with her. Selena felt like throwing up and she really wanted to say something; to stop whatever nonsense Ace was doing with Clary, but Mr. Clark must have noticed it because he gave her a small tap on her shoulder, so she kept quiet. Clary felt her cheeks warm up. She tried to break eye contact with Ace but it was hard. Her chest was filled with a warm and fuzzy feeling that she enjoyed. She cleared her throat gently and then finally spoke, “I believe that it’s the weaken
It was night and Clary was sitting in the living room alone, her thoughts racing in her head. She was scared for her life and could not stop thinking about what Selena had told her; to either choose life or death. It made her stomach turn and her heart thump. She had no idea how to get Ace to reject her. At first, she was not too keen on getting the alpha to reject her but now it was much different, it directly involved her life. So she was going over every scenario in her head of how she would get Ace to reject her. She knew how stubborn he was, so it made it even harder. But if no one could get him to change his mind about her, maybe it was her. Selena was not home, she had gone out to an emergency meeting concerning the pack. Ace was supposed to go but he was adamant about staying home and resting his mind, so his wife had to go there and represent him. Mr. Clark was not at the mansion too, he was at home with his wife. So that left Clary alone with the alpha. After almost thr
His fangs sank into Clary’s neck, causing her to release a moan of pleasure. She was so aroused that her mind spun. She wanted Ace, and now that all reason and sense had left her, she did not care. After the marking process, their bond became stronger, in which now they could not only feel each other’s emotions but could read each other’s minds. Clary had never felt this way before, it was euphoric. Ace started to hump her and she could not contain her moans each time she felt his manhood on her bare skin. She wanted him inside of her but he was taking his own time to do that. She knew that he was teasing her, and that made her go even crazier. “Please…” She begged him as she locked eyes. She saw that the alpha’s eyes had darkened and he had a dangerous smirk on his face that made her heart pound in her chest. She could already feel the wetness between her legs. “Let me hear you say it,” Ace said to her in a husky voice that was smeared with passion. “I want to hear you say it.” H
Tears rolled down Clary’s face as she saw the look on Selena’a face. She played with her fingers in nervousness as she waited for a reaction. Selena shook her head slowly and then chuckled without humor before replying to the omega, “You’re lying. You’re freaking lying.” Her voice was soft and her throat was already getting dry. Clary began to sob. “I’m sorry, I’m really sorry. I…” She sniffled before continuing. “I really tried to get him to reject me, I swear to you. But he, um…he kept getting closer to me and things happened so fast.” Selena smiled sadly and nodded as a tear rolled down her face. She grabbed it quickly and cleared it away. She was not going to let the omega see her cry. “Where is he?” She asked in a low tone before walking away. Clary followed her but she had taken her attention off the omega already. She was heading upstairs, going straight for their bedroom. “Where is he?!” Selena’s voice echoed in the house as she tried to contain her emotion but it was too
Clary’s heart doubled its pace and she took a step back. “Dad,” She said in a small voice filled with a fear that she was too familiar with. She wanted to tell him that she did not mess up, but the truth was that she did. She did mess up but she was the one that decided to leave, she was not thrown out. The preacher was shirtless and had dirty stained trousers on. His hair was longer and his beard was unruly and not taken care of at all. He used to only have a stubble when she had left, but it was now a full beard. “Don’t call me, don’t call me that!” The preacher lunged at Clary but missed and fell to the floor. He was too drunk for any good of an aim. “I am not your father, you piece of dirt!” He spat the words at her as he tried to get up from the hardwood floor. Clary watched the man with fear choking her. “You think I don’t know that?” She bravely responded. She was way too hurt and stressed for his bullcrap tonight. She was tired of being treated terribly. “You think I don’t
Clary adjusted herself in the seat and sighed as she chewed mentally on the idea of reporting the preacher. She was incredibly tempted to do so but also felt like it was not the right thing to do. She felt like she had done enough damage to the lives of the people she had rubbed on. First, it was the preacher, she was the reason his family left him, and why he became a drunkard, throwing his whole life in the gutter. Then there was Levi, she was the reason that he and his sister’s relationship became strained and unhealthy. That was not all. There was Ace, she was the reason that his wife left him. And now, he was alone in that vast mansion. Clary knew deep down that whenever she entered the lives of people, everything seemed to go wrong. So yeah, she believed that maybe she was cursed and was actually meant to be alone. Maybe that was her destiny. The principal cleared her throat and flashed the omega a smile. “This is for your own good, it’s to help you and set you free from a
Clary was stunned. She stood to her feet and asked, “Is this supposed to be a prank or something?” The lieutenant seemed amused but the principal appeared a little annoyed. “Clary, you honestly think that I would leave my busy schedule and come all the way over here with you to play a prank on you?” The principal asked the omega. But that was the only way that Clary could believe that the anonymous witness was that person. “Why do you want to help me? You have bullied me my entire life; from the moment I was in kindergarten,” Clary told Sasha. The omega still could not believe that Sasha was the anonymous witness. Sasha adjusted her hair, walked to the other couch, and sat down before speaking. “I’m not helping you because I want to be friends with you. I’m helping you because I went through what you’re going through once, and it was someone that I least expected that saved me.” Clary still could not wrap her head around all this. She chuckled dryly and shook her head slowly
Selena was mildly surprised but again, she was not really. She had a feeling from the beginning that the omega was nothing but a trashy leech; someone that was born in poverty that wanted to do everything it took to live a life that was luxrious. “Tell me you’re kidding, please,” Selena scoffed the words out. She ran her hand through her hair and proceeded to walk closer to Clary. Her urge to stab or choke the omega was now stronger. Clary felt tears building in her eyes. “I know what it looks like, but I swear to you that I did not plan any of this,” She tried to explain. “And…uh,” She struggled for the right words to use. “Maybe I’m not pregnant.” Selena almost snapped but she held herself together. “You know what? Let’s get out of this room. I don’t trust myself to be in a confined space with you,” She told the truth, she really wanted to kill the omega. Clary was more than happy to hear this. She waited for Selena to step out before she could, still very scared of the Luna.
*This should be a free chapter. Do not unlock the previous one, please!* Hey there, First of all, I want to say thank you to all who read this book. I am so very grateful for the time, gems, comments, reviews, and as well financial support. I enjoyed writing this book. Yeah, I had to juggle my social life, school, and taking care of myself and my nephews in a foreign country but nevertheless, it was a beautiful and emotional ride. Some may not be satisfied with how the storyline flowed, but most of you loved the book, and that makes me happy! There might be a possibility for book two. But that’s a “Might”. But for now, it’s a farewell from Alpha Ace and Luna Clary! Please, please, please write reviews and vote gems for the book if you’d like, it helps the book get more exposure and I would really appreciate it. Thanks. Big love to you all! But Jesus loves you more! :)

It was a year later and Clary was getting ready for the Moon Festival. It was at night and she was in the makeup room and had so many people attending to her. She was almost ready and her makeup was even done. She was only in that room because she was getting touched up once again per the head makeup artist’s suggestion. The lady’s name was Selena and although the name reminded Clary of the former Luna, it was a totally different person. Music played in the room and a huge vanity mirror reflected Clary’s face back to her. She looked amazing and could not imagine that she had come this far. She had gone from being an omega to being the Luna of the pack. It was a dream come through for her, no, in fact, it was beyond her dreams. Because all she had wished for since she was little was just to be happy; to find a mate, live a normal life and be happy. The door of the room opened and Ace walked in. When he glanced at Clary, his heart skipped a beat. He could not believe that he was no
The sound of the medical machine beeping echoed like it had been placed underwater. Clary’s eyes fluttered open and her vision was at first blurry before she blinked and it got cleared up.The air smelled perfumed and the sound of the medical machine beeping was now more evident. The omega’s throat was parched and she tried to swallow but it was very uncomfortable. That made her cough a bit. That was when she noticed that she was not alone in what she guessed to be a hospital room, even though it looked a bit fancy. Who she saw caused her heart to drop. “Dad?” She tried to speak but her voice came out a hoarse cry. It was the preacher, the guy was sitting not far from her in a chair by the bed. The preacher almost choked on the juice that he was drinking. It was what one of the nurses had given him because he had been in the room for almost the whole day without eating; only leaving for the bathroom and water breaks. He coughed for a few seconds before clearing his throat. He sta
Upon impact with Selena, Clary’s wolf was sent flying in the other direction. Her back hit the living room table, smashing it into many pieces. There were a few shards that poked into her back. And it hurt like crazy. “Stand up and fight, omega! Or should I say, Luna?” Selena mocked Clary as she approached her. Clary quickly rose to her feet but was pinned back to the floor of sharp shards just as quickly by the former Luna. She tried to get free from the demon’s strong hold over her but it was way too hard. “You’re hurting me,” Clary pushed the words out as she fought against the strength of Selena. “That’s the point,” The former Luna laughed out the words. She held Clary’s wolf down with just one hand and was now using the other one to try to stab it in the chest of the omega, aiming for her heart. Clary was so scared, not just for her but for her baby. “Surrender,” She heard her wolf say to her, and confusion filled her. Surrender? That would mean absolute death! That did not
It must have been three in the morning. The rain had finally stopped, not even a single drop falling anymore. The cabin had the smell of death lingering and the atmosphere was tense. Star was devastated. He felt depressed that his wolf and demon had been taken away from him by the Moon goddess. Yeah, he may have deserved it, but he would have preferred death over being made a human. You see, this was common in the pack, and maybe in other packs too. Every werewolf feared their wolf being taken away from them. They saw it as the highest form of punishment. If most of them had to choose between death and having their wolves taken away from them, death was going to be the popular option. Having one’s wolf taken away meant shame, demotion, and disgrace, and was just almost every werewolf’s worse nightmare. The hybrid stood not too far from Clary and barely paid attention to what was going on. He was still in disbelief that this had happened. Selena shifted back into her human
Clary was still on the floor, unable to get up. The powerful presence of the goddess was now made evident and it filled the room. But she could hear everything that the goddess was saying, including what she had just said about Selena's baby being alive. Clary chuckled in disbelief. “That’s impossible. Her baby died. And okay, let’s just say the baby’s alive, that still would not make my child the first heir,” She managed to say. The heaviness of the Moon goddess’s presence was now dwindling down but the omega knew that it was something that the goddess was doing on purpose. The goddess stopped pacing and looked at Clary on the floor. Her smile dropped a bit. “I told you to stand up, Luna Clary.” Clary made a small sound with her throat. “I know, but it’s not that easy when I can feel the literal essence of your being filling the room,” She confessed. The goddess's smile lifted up and then she let out a small breath, causing the heaviness to flee from the room in seconds. “Okay,
Levi’s wolf fell to the floor with a thud and he instantly shifted back into his human form. The light of life had fled from his eyes and death had stolen him away. But from the second that Selena had stabbed her hand into his back, he knew that he was going to die and at that very moment, he still did not regret a thing. Even if he had been given a second chance, he was for sure going to do it all again. He may have died, but his love for Clary was going to live on and on. “No,” Clary said the word out in disbelief as tears filled her eyes, blinding her vision for a few seconds before she blinked and it cleared when the tears had fallen on her face. “No, no, no,” Her voice broke. She shifted back into her human form and rushed to Levi’s side, watching the blood gushing out of his chest. “Yuck,” Selena said as she chuckled, staring at the heart in her hand. She then dropped it to the floor and licked the blood that was on her hand. “Please…please, let this be a dream,” Clary beg
Levi was furious, he wanted to just jump out of where he was hiding and attack the hybrid but he knew that it was not such a wise thing to do. So he did some breathing exercises. When he realized the breathing exercises were not really helping, he started punching the steering wheel really hard until pain shot through his fists; that was when he finally stopped. He then carefully got out of the car and hid in the bushes, making sure that he was out of sight so Star could not see him.“What the hell? You did not have to do that!” Clary exclaimed mentally, referring to what the hybrid had done to the driver. “He was the one that literally helped us to get here.” “Yeah, but he was also being overdramatic, he could have blown our cover and gotten us made by my sister.” Clary knew that the hybrid was right but she still felt bad for what he had done to the driver. “Anyone would have been overdramatic if they had seen a half-demon that has destroyed many packs.” “Okay, okay. I’m sorry.
