Xenia POV

Sitting with Quinn, I consider what sort of questions I need to ask, but I'm out of my element here. Still, I need to figure something out.

"So your mum mentioned you began feeling and being able to do fire magic. Have you tried other magic, basic things?" I ask, wondering if he's just focused on the fire.

Sitting, I listen to him telling me about it, and while he does, I try to get a sense of the magic. It doesn't feel dark. It feels like any other magic.

Yet from what was said, fire magic isn't something that was seen or heard of anymore. In the sixteen years I've lived here and had Isadora help, I've learned more about it. That though I didn't know.
