I wasn't expecting Quinn to shift. He was focused on helping me. Now, even shifted, I can see the panic in his eyes, and I know it's because of our reaction.

Then again, what reaction were we meant to have? I still can't stop staring at him. All I can think is, 'How?' How is this possible? I know how it's possible, but it seems wrong.

"Quinn, it's fine, I promise," I smile at him. He's not noticed his size or how he is standing. Then again, how could he? Has he even seen a werewolf shift before to know what normal is?

He steps back more, and I feel like he might run.

"Can you focus on Raven?" I ask. "It might help me shift." I just need to keep him here and calm until he can figure out how to shift back. I also can't tell him much about what is happening as that likely will lead to him panicking more.

It's rare for werewolves to stand on two feet, which is typically reserved for lycans or hybrids. He's not a lycan. That's clear from his eyes. They aren't the same colour as Lycan
