I look at Quinn and Storm. There's so much more I need to work out, but right now, I need to stick to the basics for Quinn. Then, when I look into it more, I can give them more.

We've still had no luck tracking down Grant or Bailey, the other three werewolves they used, or the location they conducted testing on.

This feels like nineteen years ago all over again. There are links to it, which I hate right now.

"Dad?" Storm looks at me, and I sigh.

"Look, the fae have their human form and their fae form. When someone is a hybrid, there are three ways they can shift. If a werewolf is a hybrid with Fae, they can shift into a werewolf, but with some subtle forms of Fae. Or, they shift into Fae with some subtle forms of wolf. Some can shift into a wolf or a fae," I explain.

Storm nods and looks at me. "But he didn't," she points towards Quinn.

"In rare cases, the person is powerful enough to hold both sides at once. Hence, Quinn shifted and was part fae, part wolf at the same time," I
