-Karen-The next day I woke up alone but there was a solitary yellow rose under my hand. Attached to the rose was a note: ‘Hey my pretty flower, if you’re up to it, I thought you might like to practice with your crystal. I’m stopping by my father’s study so I might be a little bit late. If it’s not too much trouble?” I asked as he started to turn away. “Of course, My Lady.” He bowed politely and left quickly. I shut the door and leaned against it. -Karen-Two days passed by full of those growing passionate moments. My feelings were growing for him and there was no way to deny that simple fact. But I wasn’t sure about how to deal with it so I tried to push it away as best I could while still giving into the fiery desire feelings. As soon as I learned to sew, even terribly, I would collect unusable rags and wash them as best I could and then stuff the small casings. I even named one. -Karen-I was classed as an intermediate Mage and my goal was to get my advanced status by my birthday. It was about a week away now but with Zachary invading, it felt like that goal was not going to get reached at all. I was pushing myself to learn new spells since Conor had graciously made a deal with his father two weeks ago that would allow me to use my soul jewel twice a week for about three to four hours at a time so I could continue to practice my magic. Part of the stipulations that I was not to be left alone during practice, so it was a good thing that Joanne and Bart liked to watch me practice.
