Chapter 1

Being the CEO of the company his father had created was something Sebastian Jones truly aspired to. What was not in his plans was to have inherited the company and the position, at the age of 21, during his junior year at the prestigious Cornell University, where he studied Applied Economics and Management.

Having to split his day between the company and college, left him zero opportunities to attend parties, drink nights and hook up with his friends. Little by little, even his friends, he had to give up. The day only had 24 hours, unfortunately.

It took him a year longer than planned, but he managed to finish college at the age of 24 and now, at 28, he's the youngest CEO in Forbes magazine.

In the first year, he had to fight with the Board of Directors, very focused on defending the shareholders, but he managed to show maturity and commitment to the company. He managed to impress them and secure his position, but it turned a 21-year-old into a 30-year-old.

Now, after 7 years at the helm of the company, he felt like 50.

It is true that in those 7 years, he had transformed an average company into one of the most successful in the United States of America, operating in Manhattan, right in the center of Wall Street.

But it cost him his personal life. The only childhood friend he had left called him a workaholic, because every moment he spent awake was working.

He could have had fun if he'd taken advantage of college, but that wasn't possible. He didn't even have time to be in a relationship.

When he was in high school, he was known for being a womanizer. This fame increased in college, but when his father died, he stopped going out, and that meant that, in 7 years, he had practically no sex. He often used his "five friends" before going to sleep, not because he had fantasies about women he had met, but simply to ease the stress and sleep better at night.

His mother and sister didn't like this arrangement, and made it their daily mission to look for a woman for him to marry.

Now, in addition to feeling 50 years old, he still has to decline invitations to lunches and dinners with tiredness excuses, and that makes him feel really, really old.

Sometimes they deceived him and when he thought he was going to have a family lunch, he ended up having to talk, without the slightest desire, with a woman who sat next to him, and who he didn't know or had any interest in meeting.

He had no lack of suitors, that's the truth. An interview he agreed to give to a prestigious financial magazine put the already well-known Sebastian at the top of the list of most desirable bachelors. He was the ideal match for the son-in-law of every businessman or politician.

Sebastian wasn't interested. He took over the company when he wanted to have fun. Now it was just too late. He's too old for fun. And the women, for now, were just a way to make him lose his focus on the job.

It wasn't that he didn't want to get married, he just hadn't time to do it now. Some of the women he ended up meeting were beautiful and cultured, he just didn't want any of them.

To ensure his father's legacy, he became a serious, credible and, above all, distant, human being, but, he had good professors at college who told him" a business would work well if the employees were happy". So, even if he doesn't enjoy it, he starts to do team building and saying "good morning", "have a nice day" and "good job" to everyone.

It worked. His employees are good workers, respect him, even if most of them are older than him, and, especially, they were loyal.

Even so, some days he's just too tired to be nice, and that made his employees fear him too.

Today was one of those days. It was Friday and he was drained of any kind of energy after a week of working more than fourteen hours a day. He was the first to arrive and, god is his witness, the last to leave.

Alexandre acts as usual and opens the door of Sebastian's office, and enters without asking for permission, with a "good mooooorning" too loud for the distance that separated them.

Sebastion grunts as Alex sits across from him, crosses his legs and ignores the angry look Sebastian sends him.

- Today we're going out. I'm tired of being refused by you. I've got a table booked at a pub and two sisters ready for a wild night out. And you will be my wingman. If you don't want one, I'll take both.

- You want to take me to a pub to hook up with two girls? At least you could cover it up and say that you miss having a few drinks with me. Besides, how many times have I told you to knock on the door before entering my office?

Alex ignores the first part of the question.

- You know well that the hope of catching you with a woman between your legs sucking your cock has not yet died. Until that day, I'm going to think you're running for the pope's job, and switch to the Vatican.

Sebastian scoffs and shakes his head.

- You'll have to fly alone. I can't. I have a lot of work to do and I'll probably be here very late, so that I won't have to come tomorrow. When I get out of here, I go straight to bed.

- Knowing you, as I do, it's probably true. You'll leave this afternoon, go straight to bed, and tomorrow you'll be here again.

This time, it's Sebastian who ignores him.

- Come on Sebs. We haven't been together for a long time. Let's listen to good music, have a few drinks and end the night with a woman on her knees in front of us.

- Your fixation on oral sex is fascinating – he says without looking up from the documents.

- I'll pick you up at 6PM. I'll take you home, you'll take a shower, put on something sexy that doesn't smell like old farts, and you'll go with me to the bar. I will not accept a no. This time I will not accept.

Sebastian sighed. He just wanted to finish getting those papers done, get in the car, take a shower, maybe have a handjob and sleep for eight hours straight.

- Okay. But pick me up at 7 PM.

- Yes! - Alex shouts, giving a punch in the air. – then I will let you drown in those papers. I will be back later. – he says as he heads towards the door.

- Don't slam the… - Alex slams the door – door.- Sebastian finishes with a sigh.
