Love at first meet

Chapter 6

Anne is busy with her work. They haven’t seen Richard for a week because he has a business trip to Singapore and two weeks there. He wanted to meet her before he went to Singapore but she just said that she’s on leave and they were on vacation with her parents.

She doesn’t want them to have a deep relationship with Richard, especially since they didn’t even go through courtship. She was also embarrassed to ask the man what was between with them. Maybe she’ll just assume that she’s his girlfriend but for the man, it’s just her body chasing him.

She doesn’t want to be hurt again. She has already trauma of what happened to them her ex boyfriend. Richard is in Singapore but he is not even able to make long distance calls or even ask for her social media account such as F******k, W******p or what so ever.

“It’s up to him if he communicates me. Maybe it won’t come back. And I won’t see him again. He doesn’t even remember to call me. ” She smirked at him.

“What is it bothering you? Jimrey asked her.

“I’m wondering of you because I can’t see you smiling. I’ve been watching you from my area for a while. “Jimrey again.

“Should I laugh alone here or talk to myself? I don’t have anyone to talk to here. ”She joked him that she only tried to encourage herself. But the truth is that she is really disgusted with Richard. When she comes back here and calls me, I won’t really pay attention to him.

They saw the department supervisor approaching. Because Jimrey was loitering and just gossiping with Anne, he quickly hid in Anne’s hanger displays and Anne covered him. Her cellphone rang. That’s a text message. Because of the excitement, she stopped walking and looked at who was texting. It was Jenny. The youngest sister of her ex fiancee. Her ex -fiancee’s sister also works there but it is in the accounting department. When they are still with Jenny’s brother, they had lunch together every day. But when they separated from her older brother, they rarely saw each other. Jenny respected her silence. She even apologized for what her older brother had done to Anne. And they rarely meet either.

When Jenny invited her for lunch. If possible, they will have lunch tomorrow. There is a Visitor’s cafeteria inside the mall. It is just next to the employees’ cafeteria.

She was disappointed because Richard was the one she did expect to text or call her. She put her cellphone back in the bag and continued walking towards the outlet.

She was in the area of the said outlet when she remembered Jenny’s text. Why did she think we would have lunch together tomorrow. Is there anything important to say?

Maybe just say hello. Jenny and I haven’t seen each other for five months. Maybe this will tell a story about Jefferson? Jenny’s older brother who is her ex fiancee.

She was suddenly excited at the thought of finding out if in the few years that she and Jefferson had been separated, he had ever remembered her?

She was even more excited to know about her older brother and how true her mother told her about Jefferson. Even though Jenny and I meet and spend time together, she doesn’t really tell the story of her older brother’s life. She does not want to interfere with their lives. She doesn’t even tell her older brother about her. She just told her older brother that they no longer had communication with Anne.

“Hi Jen, sure let’s have lunch together tomorrow.”

We haven’t eaten together for a long time. “

Anne replied to Jenny.

She didn’t wait for it to reply to her. She has fixed herself and she will return to the mall.

When she got out of work, she and Winchester went to the apartment. They want to cook delicious. They’ve just been ordering in recent weeks.

When they arrived at the apartment they immediately got dressed because they were still cooking. She’s just sleeveless in shorts.

Winchester and she were talking while they were cooking. Winchester noticed that her cellphone was flashing. It was silent because she didn’t want to expect that when a message came, she wouldn’t expect it to be Richard but it wasn’t.

“Anne, you have a call. “

“Unknown number,” Winchester said.

She was suddenly nervous. Maybe it’s Richard. She quickly picked up the cellphone and looked at the caller. She was going to answer but it was cut off.

Later someone texted. And he read it.

“Sweet heart, how are you.”

“Trying to call you but it seems you’re busy or you’re already asleep.”

“Please take good care.”

That is the content of the text. She knew it was Richard texting and calling her. It’s a pity she didn’t answer the call. She smiled. At least he remembered her. She was also nervous but she just held back.

Not even “I miss you.”

She punched herself. She didn’t reply because she didn’t have prepaid to reply to it.

Hee didn’t say when to go home or if he would call again. He returned the cellphone to its place.

Anne just laughed at him.

She laughed even more at the question.

“You’re flirting somebody.”

“I’ll just tell you too. But not now. ” She answered again here.

Winchester just smirked because she really couldn’t get an answer from her.

Their food was just right and cooked, so to avoid anxiety, he turned around and got the utensils that the two of them would use for food.

Even when they were at the dinner table, she was still tempted by Winchester. He wants to know that unknown caller.
