Love at first meet

Chapter 8

After he took Anne to her apartment, he immediately went to his house. His house is only twenty minutes from the woman’s apartment.

He will take the girl to her house at the right time. For now he wants them to get to know each other first.

Richard’s house is in an exclusive subdivision and it’s close to a mall that Anne goes to. The Golden Empire mall.

They are three siblings and Richard is the youngest. He is alone in the Pines. Her family is in America. Every year Richard comes home to them. Or if he can’t go home, his parents will go to the Pines to be with him on Christmas and New Year’s day.

His two siblings also have families of their own. He is the only one who is not yet married at the age of thirty-eight. His eldest sister lives in London. His elder sister is in the custody of her parents. So that someone can be with them. He is an only son.

He used to be an engineer in an oil company in America. He later thought of investing in the business. And he targets the Pines because it is one of the countries where it is good to do business.

He left work. He said goodbye to his parents and ventured to Pines. It was not easy for him to set up a business because a foreigner could not build in the country of Pines, especially since he is the owner and major stock holder. It’s not that easy to build a business, especially since he will build a gasoline station.

With the help of his acquaintance and neighbor from Pines who got married to an American, they formed a partnership. Richard also lived in the Pines for several years before obtaining citizenship. Then he was able to build his own real business. Now his gasoline station is spread all over the country. That was hidden from Anne’s knowledge.

And he sees that Anne is not interested in asking about his life.

He just shook as he remembered the girl. She is on the terrace outside his room.

“She’s quite simple.”

“And she’s so pretty and sexy.”

He wanted to meet the girl more. He felt the aloofness of the woman and she’s a bit stranger. He especially wanted to meet his family. He doesn’t care if they are not equal state in life what is important to him is her pure love. The woman has the quality that she wants to be a part of her life until he grows old.

He already felt drowsy. He got up and entered the room. He lay down on his king size bed and slept.

When Anne woke up that day, she immediately looked at her cellphone. There was a message and it was from Richard.

“My love, I am not around. See you when I am back. ”

That’s all Richard texted her. She smirked to herself. This man is very stingy to text. Is the load expensive in the Pines?

To her annoyance, she did not reply to it. She got up and got ready because she still had work to do. This man is losing her mood.

Anyway, what can you expect from Richard, Anne. You don’t have a label, do you? He didn’t even court with you. Maybe you’re just one of the ones he’s sleeping with.

“I don't want to see man anymore.” She said to herself.

On the other hand, the young man did not really leave the city. He just try Anne only what its reaction.

Unfortunately it didn’t even reply. Richard was just in his office that day.

Like his employees, he also goes in his office early. He wants to be a good example to his staff.

He is not strict with his staffs but when it comes to work they should focus.

He is also not stingy when it comes to their wages and benefits. Most of his employees are regulars of the company.

He smiled to himself. There was really no reply message from the lady. Is it still asleep or does she just really not want to replay him?

“This girl is really amazing.” He said.

He hasn’t texted her yet. He won’t let the girl know and see for a few days.

He stood up from his seat because he was going to an appointment.

Anne is at work. Since summer is coming many stocks have arrived.

They are busy with their displays. It’s good that the stocks are not coming at the same time.

While putting barcodes with Grace, a pager called her call sign from the paging counter and sent her to the consignor’s office.

Because she was busy, she did not go immediately. Pager called her call sign again.

“CS 2 to consignor office, please.”

“CS 2 to consignor office, please.”

Page again of the paging counter to her. That’s her call sign.

“Ma’am Anne somebody page you.” Grace told to her.

“Who else is calling me. I know I’m busy. ” It has to be finished before I can go to the other outlet. ” Her complaint.

She stood up and left Grace in their stock room first. She will go to the consignor's office to know who called her.

“Finally you came too Carmen.” The oldest supervisor greeted her.

“The meeting will not start until you come.” Said another.

“What meeting?” her innocent question.

“We talk about our upcoming vacation galore.” said by other one.

She thought that Holy week was near and they were off work for three days. I promise them to go outing.

She sat in the empty seat. Next to Gerald.

“It’s time for you to be alone with Anne, Gerald.” Said by the supervisor.

The office was filled with screams because of that. Gerald and Anne were the ones who were tempted by them.

Anne and Gerald have also joined the temptation. They can’t do anything together.

They just kept quiet when their meeting started. They planned to spend the night on a beach during the coming holy week for three days and two nights. They are already excited about that little vacation even though it’s next month.

After the meeting, Anne left immediately and started roving.

Fast forward.

Richard is driving his car going to his home from the mall. He bought something there. He glanced at the woman walking. He met the girl. He immediately stopped and waited for the girl to approach.

Anne were just out of work and she was walking alone to the apartment because Winchester had overtime. When a car suddenly stopped in front of her.

She was immediately nervous. She recognized the car. That’s for Richard. I thought this guy is out of town. Why is he now?

The man blew his horn. She tried to passed over him. She didn’t want to pay attention to him especially since the window of his car was lowered.

They stare at each other. The young man nodded to ride. She shrugged her shoulders first and then got on.

The man drove his car. They are both silent inside. No one try to talk first. They just feel it.

Richard was the one who couldn’t stand it. He parked the vehicle on the side of the road near the to the subdivision where he lived.

He turned off the engine and only the air conditioner was on. He go near to Anne.

Their eyes met. The man looked down at her lips. He brought his face even closer to hers.

Anne herself was the first to kiss his lips. She didn’t know why this man hypnotized her.

A strange electricity flows through her whole body when the man touches her. She always felt butterflies in her stomach.

That kiss inside the car took a long time. Richard missed the girl so much. If only Anne knew this. She got even hotter when the young man started worshiping her body again.
