“Oh my God, what a beautiful smile you have! So my heart can't take it; I'm going to melt for you,” Jake said with his hand on his heart and a silly expression, approaching the balcony of the restaurant where I was facing the High Roller. I ended up laughing at his expression. “What made you so happy?” He asked, lightly adjusting the strap of my dress.

“It’s my son; I was talking to him. He said he would love to come here and go in there,” I replied, pointing to the Ferris wheel.

“Hmm, it would be an interesting experience; I can’t wait to meet my stepson,” he commented, hugging me by the shoulders. I put my arms around his waist, and we clung to each other. I had to lift my head to look at him. He stroked my hair affectionately, and there was a smile from ear to ear on my face.
