Chapter 84

Celestine's POV

I'm seated on the plane and pondering over whether I should book another flight back to school as soon as I get to the united states. The only thing stopping me is that I know Eve will literally skin me alive if she found out that I didn't go through with this.

That's how I find myself hailing a cab and reading out Lorenzo's address to the cab driver. My stalking is still paying off. It wasn't hard to find out the address that Lorenzo mostly threw his party at.

Twenty minutes later and I'm standing in front of the door to that house.

Oh, God. I'm doing this. I'm really going to go through with this. There's no turning back now.

Though I could still catch a flight back to my school if I hurry back now.

I shake my head to get rid of those cowardly thoughts. I'm not running away. I'm going to do this and if Lorenzo happens to slam the door in my face, I'm going to look for the nearest restroom to cry my eyes out in like the big girl that I am.
