"Hahaha!..." Perses burst out in laughter so hard that he almost fell on the side. Charlie and a lot of guests jumped at his sudden outburst, but not the Queen, Kitty nor Erebus.
Perses was not laughing as if he succeeded on something, it was just amused laughter, as if he just saw something funny.
