"Your ribs are broken, your shoulder is dislocated, you are very dehydrated, and we're worried about a concussion," the doctor tells both me and my brother, the great news, but no news about my magic or what's going on with it. "What about my magic?" I groaned. "Excuse me?" the doctor says, he's just a human doctor, he won't be helping with my magic even if he tried to. "She meant her charm, will she be okay?" Oliver asks, trying to hide my question about my magic. "The ribs need a lot of rest, she'll feel fine soon, we have fixed her shoulder which too needs some rest, and for the dehydration, the IV has taken care of it," the doctor says trying to assure us that I'll be okay, but none of those mattered for me, what about my magic, my bones can heal they won't even take long to get better but my magic, I can't survive without it.
