2021-10-14 00:05:31It took another forty-five minutes to get to the castle. I was ready to get out and stretch when Conri parked the vehicle. I got out and started stretching by lifting my arms over my head and standing on my tiptoes. Then I started bending to either side, and I heard a growl. I giggled and said, "Is that my mate?" He walked up behind me, wrapped his arms around my waist and picked me up. He put me down and I turned to face him, "I was just stretching, from sitting for so long. Okay?" He smiled, "But I loved the view. I didn't want anyone else enjoying the view." I smiled and said, "I will try to keep my public stretching to a minimum. But I will be stretching with the warriors when I train them. I am already marked. From what Trina told me, they already know I can kick their asses too." Conri laughed and said, "Your warriors must have told mine about your fighting styles." I nodded and said, "Trina wants to learn." He said, "All the warriors will learn." Conri and I walked into the castle, and I was still furious. Conri said, "Why don't we eat dinner, then we can take mom and dad into dad's conference room and call your dad from there." I stopped and put my hand on Conri's cheek. I said, "If there is one thing you need to know about me, it's this; when I get this mad, I can't eat. I need to punch or kick something or someone. You go ahead and eat. I'm going to work out some aggression, so that I don't take it out on someone who doesn't deserve it." He smiled and said, "Damn, my badass mate and her ways. Will I ever get used to them? Probably not, but I will have fun trying." I laughed, "I'm going to change and go to the gym. I will let you know when I'm done." Conri and King Fenris laughed as I said, "Beyond pissed. I took the ladies who are guarding me, and we went to my new gym. By the way, thanks for that dad. Mom said, "Unfortunately, I think this may be another one of your trials." I said, "Well, tomorrow, I am meeting with the leader of the Centaurs to form an alliance. Queen Eden has told me that she can take me to meet the Fae High table and Queen Lakelyn has offered to take me to meet the Queen of the Fairies." I woke up, looked at the clock, and it was my usual five am internal alarm. For some reason, it doesn't matter how late I stay up, I never sleep later than five am. Well, except yesterday morning. As I was training the warriors, I noticed Conri trying to do some of the moves that I was teaching the warriors. I paired up with Conri and started showing him the proper technique. He yelled, "Warriors dismissed!" as he threw me slightly into the air and turning me around to face him, then threw me over his shoulder. Wow. Just wow. That is all I can seem to say these days. My triplets, Jack, Josh, and Brianda are already thirteen years old. Niki is fifteen, Luna is sixteen, and Caleb and Kurt are seventeen now. I woke up this morning to the most exciting and terrifying thought of my life. Tomorrow is my wedding! I am excited and anxious and scared to death all at the same time!
