First talk

Lily

"Jenny Fryxell." Shouted our history teacher from his office while we are waiting outside of his office

She gracefully walked inside the office.

"Is she always like that?" I asked Jibee

"Who? Jenny? Like what?"

"Everything she does is beautiful. Over the week, I always observed her. She walks gracefully, talks sophisticated and all."

"Yeah, that is why everyone admires her. She's just kind of bitchy."

"I know. She won't be the Queen bee for nothing, right?" I chuckled

We moved closer to the office's door so that we could enter immediately when our name called.

I was busy talking to Jibee when I bumped with someone.

Everyone gasped. I wondered why but as soon as I saw who it was I mentally face palmed myself.

"The hell!" Jenny shouted

"I-I'm sorry. I wasn't looking. It was my fault." I said looking down

"Hey. You're the one who bumped her!" Jibee said to Jenny

Jenny crossed her arms "Really?"

Jibee was about to answer when I touched her shoulder "It's okay."

Jibee sighed and just glared at Jenny.

"Move!" She said and we obliged

When Jenny and her friend were out of sight, Jibee started to talk nonstop about how bitchy Jenny is.

The next day came and Jibee will move to my house today.

I parked my car at the school's parking lot. I frowned when I noticed the cars with our company logo.

I rushed inside and went straight to the principal's office.

I knocked three times, after seconds someone opened in. Of course it's one of my dad's bodyguards.

"Princess! What are you doing here?" Dad asked as soon as I get inside

I kissed his cheek before I answered "I should be the one asking you that, daddy."

My uncle who happened to be our principal is just looking at us.

"Sit first, princess."

I sat across from him in front of my uncle's table and waited for him to explain.

"I heard what happened yesterday between you and Me. Fryxell's daughter. I will not tolerate that kind of attitude towards my princess." He said

I looked at my uncle and gave me an apologetic look.

I reached for dad's hand "Daddy, I don't want any trouble, okay? I will just stay away from her. Please, don't make any move to that girl."

Dad sighed and looked at me "No one can do that to my princess. You are my precious one, nobody can hurt you."

"I know that dad. You never failed to make me feel that I am your princess. I want to have a peaceful high school, dad. I don't want people befriending me just because of our money, how can I do that if you kept on visiting me here? I know that you miss me but please give me a call before going here."

Dad nodded "I will do what my princess wants." He kissed my forehead "I'm staying for the weekend, would you mind going to our house here with me?"

I stood up "As much as I wanted to dad but I can't. Jibee will move into my apartment for three months starting today. You can at least visit us."

He also stood up and patted my head "Alright. Go to your class now." He said before kissing my forehead

"Sorry, sir. I'm late."

He smiled at me "Principal Smith excused you; you don't have to be sorry."

I smiled and went to my seat next to Jibee.

"What's up?" Jibee whispered

"Dad is here. He's mad about what happened yesterday but I persuade him to not make any move about it. It will just cause trouble." I explained

"Your dad flew here just for that?"

"Yes. He's really mad about what happened."

"Well, I'll agree to your dad. You don't deserve what happened yesterday."

"Ms. Miracle and Ms. Jibee, would you mind sharing your discussion there?" The teacher scolded us

"Sorry, sir."

While I and Jibee were having our recess, someone covered my eyes. It startled me but when I smelled the scent coming from the person behind a smile invaded my lips.

"Kevin!" I said

He removed his hands from me and I heard him laugh.

I turned around to see it was really him. I jumped from my seat and gave him a bone crushing hug.

"I missed you!" I said

"I missed you too, Lily." He said tapping my back

We were released from the hug. I looked at him from head to toe, it's just been a month since I left home where he stays but I missed him a lot.

Jibee faked a cough that made us look at her.

"Oh! Kevin, this is Jibee, my childhood best friend here and Jibee this is Kevin." I introduced them to each other

Kevin offered a handshake "Nice to meet you."

Jibee accepted his hand and they shook hands "Nice meeting you too"

I sat down and Kevin sat next to me. It was just then I realized that everyone is looking at us. Cat eye girl caught my sight. She's looking at me coldly that again sent shivers to me. I shrugged it off and took my attention back to my butler.

"Daddy said that you'll be here next week. What's with the sudden?"

"I flew here with your dad. He's furious about what happened to you, that's why he sent me here immediately."

"You'll guard her here?" Jibee questioned

"Mr. Miracle enrolled me here also." Kevin answered with a smile

"At least someone will look after you." Jibee said to me

"Who is that guy?" Rose asked while we are watching Miracle hugging that guy

"Maybe he's Miracle's boyfriend." I guessed

I stared at Miracle. I don't know why but I just want to stare at her.

She sat down and she caught me staring at her. I continued but she downcast her sight.

Raymond walked to us. He is the star player of your basketball team. He is everyone's dream boyfriend who is actually my suitor.

"Hi, Jenny. Would you want to have dinner with me tonight?" Raymond asked me

I plastered my sweet smile "I would love to, Antonio."

He plastered the dying smile "I will pick you up at seven." He then walked away with his team

"You're going to give that douche bag a chance?"

I looked at Rose "Yes? Is there a problem?"

"He's a douchebag, Jen. I think he's just using you for popularity."

I gave her a smirk "Do you think I don't know that? Let's just say that we're going to benefit each other."
