Chapter Forty Five

Ivy's POV

I had finally been discharged from the hospital, and everything was going back to normal. I was glad to be back to my routine of cooking and bringing food to everyone's workplace. It brought me joy to see them enjoying the food I had made. However, I was still hurting. Jax and I had a big fight, and we weren't talking as much as we used to. It took everything in me not to break down whenever I thought about it.

He complained that if I had listened to him then I would not have been admitted into the hospital at all but I argued that my complication did not happen because I was cooking and doing the thing I loved doing and it was just a health issue but he of course did not agree with me. I made it clear that I was not going to stop and anytime I went to his office,I pretended not to see the little eye roll he always did to the side because what ever he did wou
