ORNA’S NEWS

The fireflies left at the break of dawn, when their light was no longer needed in the cave. Orna, their leader, who was on patrol duty overnight, came in as the night shift squad departed. Orna landed on a nearby rock, her light pulsing steadily.

"Last night, I flew over the rogues' laboratory," she began. "I saw those dragging some werewolves inside. They were struggling and snarling, but the rogues just laughed and tossed them into cages."

Finn's ears folded back in disgust. "What could they possibly want with them?"

Ava's face darkened with concern. "I don't know, but it can't be good. They are probably using them for some twisted experiment."

Oberon's wise eyes narrowed. "Maybe they are trying to harness their powers for themselves."

Luna shuddered. "Or maybe they are trying to create some sort of mind control." The other girls gasped in shock.

Orna's light flickered anxiously. "Whatever it is, we have to stop them. We can't let them hurt our kin like this." Ava's expression turn
