Sneaking out

Theo’s POV

I turned to the other side of the bed, it felt more comfortable than sleeping on the left. Wait, why does the bed feel empty? I thought to myself with my eyes still closed. I stretched my hand and it met empty space. Allison's not here? I snapped my eyes open immediately. The room felt empty like how it was before she came, her scent was very faint in the room and almost gone. I rushed out, it was still early and not everyone was awake. I searched, the sitting room, the kitchen, everywhere I had guessed she would be but she wasn't there. I mind-linked Carter to know if he had any idea where she was.

“Is Allison with Emma?”

“No. Emma is right here with me, she’s still asleep.”

“I can’t find Allison. I have a feeling that something is wrong.”
