Chapter 6

(Battle of number one)

Teresa quietly draws her sword as she confronts one of the abyss demons. She faintly smiled at Selena.

"I've always wanted to go up against one of the abyssal demons. Well, since the opportunity is here, might as well grab it before it goes away. " Teresa spoke while smiling.

Selena on the other hand, is still standing firmly while gazing at Teresa.

"Likewise, I've also wanted to go up against a warrior at my level. Since my time as a warrior is short, I wasn't able to find a worthy opponent. " Selena responded with a grin face.

Teresa slightly laughed at Selena's word. She closed her eyes and prepared herself.

"At my level you say? Well, it doesn't matter anyway. Rejoice, for you have found your worthy opponent. But, are you a worthy opponent? " Teresa throws a poking words at Selena.

Selena was a bit surprised at Teresa's attitude towards her. She humbly prepared herself as Teresa finished her preparation. Rioka on the other hand is engulfed with silence as he watched the two raising their rhyuk. 

"Here I come." Teresa charged towards Selena.

"Don't get too excited." Selena then launched at Teresa.

The two started their fight. The surroundings are filled with dense pressure as their rhuk crossed at each other. Suddenly, Teresa stepped back. Selena was confused about what Teresa did.

"Rioka, could you lend your sword to Selena." Teresa ordered Rioka. 

"Why would I do that?" Rioka asked in confusion.

"It's bad to fight someone who's bare handed. I don't want this fight to be boring. " Teresa answered.

Selena is pissed by Teresa's word. She thinks Teresa is making fun out of her.

"Boring you say? Don't make me laugh! " Selena's back emerged a mouth like creature with large sharp teeth.

These creatures were launched towards Teresa. But Teresa easily got rid of them in a split of second.

"Are you a fool? I'm lending you a sword so that you can fight me as a warrior and not a demon. But, if you insist, I'll take you on in your demon form. " Teresa spoke menacingly.

"Tsk, don't get too full of yourself. Since you ask for it, I'll give it to you. " Selena then released her awakened form.

The earth, the sky and the forest were filled with a strong rhyuk. The rhyuk went berserk as if it's not released in a long time.

"Ugh, this feeling brings back memories." A cold sound emitted in front of Teresa.

"Finally, things are getting hype." Teresa rejoiced at Selena's awakening.

As the smoke clears, a black paired of wings stretched into the air. And Selena's form is exposed to the light of the sun. Her body changed colour, from white to dark grey. Her ears are extended over her head that resembles a horn. Her arms are thinner, but capped with sharp claws. Her legs are also thinner and her feet are sharp. "Now, let's remove that confidence of yours." Selena immediately charged at Teresa.

She pointed her claws towards Teresa. Her claws extended all the way to Teresa's face.

"Get your sharp nails out of my sight." Teresa whispered.

Teresa's sword slice Selena's nails. But it quickly recovered. Teresa then left with no choice but to evade it.

"Where are you going? Come back here! " Selena's rage is getting higher. 

"Make no mistake, I'm just trying to expose your ugly face." Teresa answered bluntly.

Step by step, Teresa jumped as she tries to evade Selena's attack. But when she returned to the ground, a large mouth like creature emerged from the ground and tried to chew Teresa.

"Annoying. " A quick word came out of Teresa's mouth.

The creature then closed its mouth where Teresa is landing. The creature finally caught Teresa in its mouth.

"Let's see how you move now." Selena happily spoke. 

"Teresa, no!" Rioka shouted while keeping his distance with Selena. 

"Give it up boy, once my trap devours my opponent, they can never come back. In short, she's dead! " Selena rejoiced at her actions.

"Could you stop laughing, it's annoying you know." Teresa then emerges from the ground.

Selena was stunned as she saw Teresa without any scratch.

"How? I'm certain that my trap devoured you completely! " Selena asked confusingly.

"You see, their teeth are quite weak. They can't even chew my clothes. " Teresa answered while smiling.

"Don't mock me! My traps are strong enough to chew on anything! " Selena spoke angrily.

"Seriously, they didn't even inflict a damage on me." Teresa made a quite pity look.

"You're really pissing me off." Selena's wings stretched through the air.

She flies towards the sky. She stopped at the middle of the air.

"Let's see, this attack will surely finish you off." Selena spoke menacingly. 

The feathers of his wings sprang toward the ground where Teresa was. Her feathers are like blades raining down to the very ground.

"Teresa get out of there!" Rioka shouted from a far distance. 

But Teresa just gazed at him and faintly smiled. The feathers finally reached the ground, destroying everything it touches.

"I'm not finished yet." Selena began another attack. And this time it's even higher in number.

The feathers pierced the ground, creating a numerous crater. Teresa figure is nowhere to be seen. This made Rioka very worried.

"Where is she? Miss Teresa where are you? " Rioka asked himself.

Then Rioka uses detection to sense the location of Teresa. His eyes widened as soon as he uses it.

"Impossible! This location is, above Selena! " Rioka's face were shocked at his findings.

Meanwhile,

Selena smiled at the ground where Teresa was. She even closed her eyes to claim her victory.

"Finally, I got rid of that annoying fly. I'm sure Leomord will be surprised about this. And I finished her off all by myself. " Selena spoke happily.

"Are you sure about that?" A voice emerges behind Selena.

Selena's eyes widened as she slowly turned around.

"Impossible! How did you get here? " Selena was stunned as she saw Teresa flawlessly standing on her wings.
