When I hear the water finally turn off, my heart stutters a little as a shiver of something that I have never felt before runs through me at coming face-to-face with her again. I then move back over to the door and lock it once more placing the key back into my pocket. I then walk over pick back up the tray and walk over to the bedroom door. I hold in my scream as the whip connects again and again with the skin on my back. Closing my eyes I take a deep painful breath wishing that each time I had passed out, that I wouldn’t wake up again. I had wanted nothing more than to spend the morning cuddled up to my mate using our aura and touch to help her heal and recover, as everyone does once they meet.
