Chapter Seventy One

Liam looked at her, not sure of what decision to make. There was no way they were getting out of this alive and he knew this. He said a quiet prater to the moon goddess if she was listening and he looked at Louis. He saw that she was staring at him, waiting for a response.

“Your major focus should be on my sister and my wife. Make sure that they wake up. We need them, whether we are willing to admit it or not. Having them here would definitely even the playing field. That should be your only concern right now” he said to her.

“What happens to Doris then?” she asked him.

“Let me worry about her. I would take care of her but no matter what happens, make sure that she doesn’t get to Alice. She must not get to her” Liam said to her.

She looked at him and she could see the fear in his eyes but she knew that he was right and that was the only way. She had been working on a way to reverse the spell or at least make a potion to counter it. She needed to act fast, she needed to work fast.
