I expected to feel refreshed and ready for the day after a long night sleep, but instead I felt my head pound so badly that I had to grimace. Placing my open palm on my forehead as if it will help ease the pain, I opened my eyes lazily wondering why the alarm clock didn't wake me up. I looked outside through the window, hoping to tell the time from the brightness of the day but the gray curtain had me sitting up abruptly. This isn't the color of my curtain. I looked round the room and gradually took in the setting of the room, starting from the color of the painting to the furniture decorating the room.

Pulling the duvet off my body, I sat up with much force than needed that was when I noticed the shirt I'm wearing which isn't mine. Looking round the room, I saw my red shoe at the far end of the room.
