Yesterday night, when I visited Jane's home to question his boyfriend about what he knows on her whereabouts, I did not expect things to turn out the way it did. Just one look at the man, I knew he was lying. I tried to force the truth from his mouth but he wouldn't budge so I compelled him to tell me the truth which he did. I wanted to kill him that instant but that would leave the death of Jane a complete mystery. Still under my compelling, I told him to go to the cops and confess his crime and surrender himself which he did.

The next morning, I went to Lucy's office, knowing that Jane's death should have hit the news by now. I expected to meet her wailing when I got to her office, but she was busy with something else, ignorant to the morning news.
