I hate it when people disrespect me or when things doesn't go as planned but funny enough, I don't find this woman who just walked away from me annoying, rather I find her intriguing. Keeping my eyes on her, I saw her walk towards the back entrance of the hall. I tried to stop her; doesn't she know how lonely it will be back there? The dangers of finding a woman alone in the dark? I only took a step towards her before Baron stopped me. "It's time for your speech sir" he said, looking all uptight in his suit.

Taking a quick glance to the door, I noticed that Lucy isn't standing there again and the swinging door proves that she just walked through it. Turning my gaze to Baron, annoyance crossed my face "what speech are you talking about?"

Adjusting his suit, he pointed towards the podium "when you accepted that invitation, you should have known that you will be expected to give a speech as one of event supporter"

I frowned "you supported this_" I waved my hand around "this event
