Chapter ninety seven

The name sits there in my mind as it was all confusing. Why would Jason do such a thing?

We were back at the hospital and Jaden had not woken up. Thank God I brought extra clothes and wore something comfy.

We stayed right here, slept and I woke in between checking if he was fine and breathing well. With his painting book by his side, I knew he'd be happy when he woke up.

I finally slept after a lot of thoughts and concluded that I was going to ask Tristan about it.

I held his hands tightly like he would slip off if I didn't hold him. I know it wasn’t the best position as I sat on the chair and put my head on the bed beside our intertwined hands.

“Mama” I thought I was dreaming as I felt Jaden call onto me in my dream.

“Mamaa” he murmured like he was whining with his cute tiny voice then I knew that it wasn’t no dream.

“Baby!” I uttered out happily with my face turning into a smile as I thought to contain my voice so I wouldn't wake Rose up.
