CHAPTER 64 - Deceived

A few minutes later, the two of them sat face to face, the atmosphere tense. By now, most of the people on the train had left, leaving only a few scattered individuals who were all engrossed in their phones, paying no attention to the scene before them.

The two remained locked in a stalemate for a while until, finally, Amelia broke the silence.

“Leo, what do you mean by all this?” she asked.

Leo gave her a cold, hard stare. “Shouldn’t I be the one asking you that? What do you mean by secretly hiding my two children? If I hadn’t sent someone to investigate, were you planning on never telling me?”

Amelia froze.

So he knew, after all. But then again, it wasn’t really that surprising. After all, the two little ones looked so much like him, especially Liam, who was practically a carbon copy.

Even if Leo didn’t know now, he would have found out sooner or later.
