CHAPTER 59 - The Interrogation

Leo hesitated for a moment before agreeing. Ten minutes later, the two of them left the hotel and headed to James's base.

Amelia had always known that Leo was not a simple businessman. At least, not as simple as he appeared to be on the surface.

When she walked into the basement and saw all kinds of torture instruments densely packed inside, she couldn't help but shudder.

Leo looked at her with cold eyes. “Scared?”

Amelia swallowed hard. It would be a lie to say that she wasn’t scared. But no matter how frightened she was, she still wanted to ask Mr. Logan face to face who wanted to harm her.

Finally, she saw Mr. Logan in a dimly lit room. In the center of the room was a simple iron bed, and Mr. Logan was lying on it, all his limbs tied up, making him unable to move.
