"Why are you looking at me like that?" I lowered my voice to sound a little innocent, so I could appear cute since I had just woken up.

"Why am I looking–" he began with a whisper before abruptly getting up to meet me. "Do you ever wake up early Hayley?"

"Oh, it's morning already," I muttered.

"I was so tempted to dump a bucket of water on you but then I had to consider my bed," his glare never for once left his face.

A part of me thought it was cute.

"It is not cute and I am very upset," he pointed a finger angrily at me, making me throw my head backwards and groan.

"Don't look at me like that, I was tired and I'm not looking forward to training with you that much, you of all people should know I do my best to avoid fights," I confessed hoping he understood.

"You're the Luna of this pack, people expect more and you should learn to stand your ground, not like you were ever going to win in a fight," he argued with me and I gasped out in dismay.
