Chapter 498 Once a Week

After Jean took the medicine, she slept for a good while.

Tyler stayed by her side the whole time.

Jean was restless when she slept. Her brows were tightly knitted, and beads of sweat constantly appeared on her forehead.

When Tyler saw that, he used a piece of tissue to wipe them off.

Just as his hand touched Jean, she woke up and looked at him with widened eyes. She was stunned before asking, "You're still here?"

Tyler looked at the mild repulsion in her eyes and said softly, "Yes. I thought you weren't really in a good state, so I got the family doctor to come over."

Jean pursed her lips. "I already went to the hospital during the day. There's nothing much wrong with me."

After she said that, the maid had brought the family doctor upstairs. She knocked on the door lightly.

"Ms. Michaels, the family doctor is here."

Tyler looked at Jean and said, "Just do it."

He seemed worried that she would refuse. He had a wary expression on his face when he said that.

Jean looked at how
